Our into care first call service can be used for one off / occasional use or we can tailor make a contracted service to suit your requirements.

This service has been set up to provide everything required to carry out your into care removals. We know that the `first call` in many cases is that first experience of a bereaved family seeing the care and professionalism that they will see during their loved ones time with your funeral home up to the day of the funeral service. It can be the difference between a family staying with you or choosing a different funeral home. We have this at the forefront of all services we provide, so we team our experience and skill with your company to provide the highest level of care at all times.

We cover funeral homes throughout the East Midlands.

All Into Care packages provide the following;

• Fully insured Hearsette / Private Ambulance*

• 2 Person Into Care team

• UK made One Man Stretcher & Fold up carry stretcher carried on all vehicles

• All Disposables provided

• Within 2 hour attendance at the place of death 

(All THRS staff are experienced in Coroners removals.)

 

For many of our current contract services we are keyholders and this means that you the funeral home can rest assured that during out of hours call outs every aspect is carried out without the need for you to leave home. 

We offer ;

• Call divert and answering (low rate chargeable service)

• Keyholding service (free option in with all into care services).                                                                     

We carry out the following;

• Take all details required to attend the call out

• Give the family or next of kin the relevant information they request.

• Carry out the call out and removal of the person who has died safely

• Transport to your funeral home (hospital mortuary if required)

• Complete all identity tags, mortuary register, cold room doors

•  The person is placed in your cold room or chapel of rest as requested

 

Packages

Occasional use 

 Lets you request our services when you need them, usually over a 24 hour     period or a weekend, this use is aimed at providing cover during vehicle       downtime, staff absence or for companies requiring short term support.

Weekend & Weekly use 

Weekend and weekly use is available on a contract or non contract basis.For non contract use this package is available as an occasional package that  can operate as a 5 or 7 day package.

 Weekend contract call starts from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday mornings 

Weekday Contract Starts ;
